    It is put on by the distributor that sells to the dealers in that region. In the southeast, it is an "XP" package. As far as I know the only distributors to do it are gulf states and southeast.

    That grill, front, and rear bumpers appear to be "Linexed" or similar, most likely aftermarket. OP, is this new or used?

    Gotcha, Fred Haas is a bigger volume dealer for sure. Someone spent extra for that coating for sure.
