    Having a problem with the unit not letting me except the terms of use.. I have wifi and also a hotspot

    Pioneer never got back to me... but the head unit will not let me click the terms and agreement so i cant play videos

    Did you connect the wifi through your phone? I believe you need to be connected IOT accept the terms and agreement part. I have this unit too and also there is a new firmware update that just came out so you’ll need to update through USB or you can use Car A/V assist app to update as well.

    I remember it being weird when I did it a while back. Maybe you have to do it through the car a/v assist app??

    It was not intuitive at all

    Hopefully they can help you out with the issue. I have not experienced any issues as of yet with my HU and I hope it stays that way lol....
