Plug and play speakers

Hey Yall, I have a 13' tundra crewmax and I would like to upgrade my speakers(this is not jbl ) as the rear door speakers hardly put out much volume at all. I'm looking for just some plug and play options without any modding at all and start with rear doors....I'm not looking to add Amp or changing the factory head unit...just some good speakers without breaking the bank.. in suggestions or info on this matter would be greatly appreciated..

I would suggest matching factory ohms rated speakers but there are plenty of options out there
