Potentially dumb question re: JBL Stadium 5 amp

Some of y'all may remember my post about the Tech12Volts sail panel tweeter.

To make a long story REALLY short....Tech12Volts/myself are pretty much 100% sure the issue is the amp itself. Today I thought I lost the tweeter...until I listened to all speakers, one by one. It essentially sounds like anything amplified (everything but the dash speakers) is playing at maybe 25% capacity - there's bass and sound, but it's pretty faint. Everything in the dash is normal volume.

With that said, I'm sending the amp off to Tech12Volts for service. Before I do, is there anything else I might be missing?
