Powder coating Trd off road wheels

    Just curious have any of you guys heard of anyone powder coating Trd off road wheels,I’m going black, looks like a cheaper way to go than pay 1000$$$$ for Pro wheels,what do you guys think

    I bought some TRD OR wheels off craigslist dirt cheap. Savings funds to have them powder coated.

    That’s what I plan on doing ,especially after I talked to the guy doing my powder coating he told me he would need my wheels of and would take about a week, can’t go without my baby for that long lol

    How long does the powdercoat typically last. If you are mainly driving street and lightoffroad 90/10, would you expect them to hold up a long time.

    That is what manufacturers use on oem wheels,so I guess they would last if you didn’t abuse them

    I powdercoated mine right away. Powdercoat holds up super well to pretty much a20170113_164528.jpg nything.
