2024 Tundra Platinum Hybrid 4x4 off-road crewmax, 3” factory lift, 35’s. How can I tell if my truck is pre-wired for power running boards?

From what I've read through, quickly I might add, it doesn't look like any of the TRD Off-Road packages are prewired for the power running board if it didn't come with them from the factory.

Looks like it IS possible to install, but an expensive pain in the arse.

If you go with power steps, I suggest installing the Go Rhino model. I fought for weeks with the AMP model. The AMP model was nice because it plugs into the OBD2 port, but the installer & I never got the steps to work properly. AMP steps pretty-much had a mind of their own. They deploy and return erratically. Sometimes they open, sometimes not. Sometimes late deployment, sometimes no return. Think the AMP system just conflicted with the hybrid system (might work fine on non-hybrid). Anyway, we installed the Go Rhino's and never looked back. Work flawlessly. And the Go Rhino's have a third/middle hinge point thus being more stout. YMMV.........
