So, did a power steering flush on the interstate today. Anyone know what the part number is for the power steering cooler lines? Mine rusted through (of course).

Here it is I believe for $275 (wtf) at Advance Auto:

Here's your now-weekly rusty Tundra gore. What can't duct tape and zip-ties make better?

Sure am glad I pre-emptively replaced the brake lines in this area on both sides last week. I need a break from stuff breaking.

edit: think I got the busted line. For others who may find this thread in the future: Edemann 92715 https://www.rockauto.com/en/parts/edelmann,92715,power+steering+return+hose,7324

Sure would be nice to find whatever line that is below it too though. Rack to Cooler? I guess that would be Gear to Cooler on various parts pages?

Confused here as part diagram in 1st pic shows that as 1 hose that makes a loop but the rockauto part shows a bent line but it's a more straight piece. Wrong picture?

The loop is the “cooler” and if I recall correctly it is connected to the metal lines I want (circled in red above) by rubber hoses.

I ordered another set from rockauto that miiiight have what I need, but I’ll take a better look today now that I’m not at a highway gas station.

So, uh, the line below the one with the pinhole leak is not connected to anything on either end. It runs to the power steering rack area and is open:

On the other end, it runs to the power steering cooler loop area and is open.

There is another line that runs from the rack to the cooler and then from the cooler through the pinholed line to the reservoir. My best guess is that the bottom line had rusted through at some point and was replaced already by a previous owner but they left the original metal run in place.

Hopefully someone can chime in with the correct part numbers, but it sounds like you're searching in the right direction.
I would go to PartSouq https://partsouq.com/ and plug in your VIN and it will give you parts diagrams, and numbers.

I swapped in the Edemann part yesterday and it was a perfect fit. Haven't checked on the fit of the lower one as I'm sort of fed up with touching the truck for a while and that line is not functional anymore anyway. I don't think these are available from Toyota anymore.

Now hoping my power steering pump isn't going to go out as a result of the low fluid situation last Sunday. Easy fix but I just don't want to deal with it lol.

Keep an eye on the fluid level, and listen for any whine and whether or not it gets worse.

Oh yeah, for future reference I believe that the "SUNSONG 3402998 Power Steering Return Hose" kit also contains this section, along with the other side of the cooler loop, but not the cooler loop itself. Wish I had noticed that before I used the other one as the whole kit is actually cheaper than the half that is in the Edemann kit.
