    not a fan of punisher emblems. Just seems like only a select few can put them on, such as Team guys, guys that actually have the training to back it up, etc. Others just seem like a tool for putting them on (the ones that actually put them on seem to go overboard more often than not, so that's probably why I'm not a fan) not to mention it's getting really widespread.....just my .02

    But I really like the one @Mysticwolf just posted. That's clean and badass.....wouldn't mind that one.

    I honestly had no idea it was associated with them. It’s always been the comic book character to me. I wonder which came first. It would make sense that The Punisher would use a special forces logo, but I thought it was original to him. He’s been around since the 70’s I believe.

    oh no, it was a comic symbol first. I collected comics all through childhood and some in college, I know what you're talking about.

    It was associated with comics first, but pretty recently, it's become a pop icon of sorts. I've seen them on military garb and whatnot, but not totally sure if military outfits incorporate that logo in their group/battalion, although, I wouldn't be surprised if they did.

    point being, guys that aren't military and just like the logo (nothing wrong with that) just tend to go overboard with it. A couple military dudes I know have ONE punisher logo on their truck and they leave it at that, but they have some solid training behind them. make sense?

    in no way am I trying to sound like a douche, If OP likes them, go for it, who gives two shits what I think? LOL I know I don't give two shits what others think of what I do to my truck or otherwise.

    I get it. I really liked the Khaki colored Tundras, but felt like the color represents military service.
    I was walking out of a store on Memorial Day last year, and I happened to have on a green Under Armour Lone Survivor t shirt. Some Vietnam veterans were out front collecting donations, and they both said “Thank you for your service son.” That was awkward. Same thing happened in Florida a couple of years ago with a similar shirt. I do support some of these foundations, but it’s made me aware that some people see it as a sign of being a veteran.
    Guess I’ll have to be careful about wearing my Punisher t shirt now.

    No offense to anyone here but in my area its kinda similar to what Law said. the guys with the punisher stuff are either ex-marine type people or just the same douchers wearing bedazzled jeans and tapout shirts and think they are hardasses because they have muscles. 90% have no affiliation with the comic.

    man I LOVE those quicksand tundras! I'd buy one in a second, but would definitely have to be extra careful about what I put/add on it.

    Yeah, that's why I'm careful about what I wear when it comes to shirts like that. I love the UA Freedom shirts and have a few, same with some other military esque shirts. Too many guys out there are posers and have no qualms about stolen valor.
