Rack and pinion movement is it normal?

    TRD sway bar...addictive audio sub woofer.....Volant intake.....Black Rhino Glamis wheels....Billstein adjustable shocks
    So if you look at the center of the rack and pinion right under the splash shield does your guys move from left to right .........the test is with ignition off and vehicle on the ground move the steering wheel side to side while some one is underneath looking at the rack
