Been sitting on a Champion all aluminum radiator to replace the old OEM one which has a small crack/leak toward the bottom corner of the drivers side. (Couldnt find an OEM replacement).
Before I go in and swap the new radiator + new hoses what else is necessary to swap while I’m in there? Thinking of purchasing an Oem fan clutch, Oem radiator cap, & new thermostat. Any other suggestions? Much appreciated.

All that you mentioned sounds right. Since radiator will be out it may be a good time to do any belts and tensioners that may have age/wear

How hard is the radiator change? Easy enough to do yourself or take to shop? I already put in new thermostat and hoses but have new all aluminum radiator fan clutch, water pump and timing belt and tensioners...

Radiator swap was pretty easy on these trucks since the grill is attached to the hood. Good access. If your pulling the radiator, great time to do the timing belt and water pump if they are close to being due or overdue. Radiator comes out for timing belt replacement. Unless your that one guy on here…..
