    Hey Guys, (Shifty)

Looking for part numbers for upper and lower radiator hose clamps for my 2005 Access Cab, 4x4, V8.

Yes, I know I can use aftermarket worm drive clamps, but would prefer the OEM spring tension type.

Trying to get them off the Toyota websites the diagram is showing 16571A and 16572A but putting that into the search bar gets me nowhere, only showing hoses not clamps.

Local Toyota parts guy gave me 90466-41003 and 90466-41005. Putting those numbers into the search bar, gives me hose clamps, but says they are not correct for my vehicle. :frusty:

Since the dealer does not have these in stock, (really?), I need to order them and would like to get it right the first time.
Can you guys that are much better with the Toyota parts system than I, give me some :help:?

You have to click on the "16571A" and "16572A" using the parts lookup tool in this sticky thread that's always at the top section of the 1st gen forum, which is what you should use, not any other tool. Specifically the instructions in the first couple bullet points.

I plugged in a random 2005 Access Cab V8/4WD Tundra VIN I found on the internet and got here: https://toyota-usa.epc-data.com/tundra/uck40/3804/engine/1603/?frame_no=5TBBT44105S472612

    16571A is 90466-41005
    16572A is 90466-41005

They come back as the same part but different name.

    But hey. Do this.
    • Go here: https://toyota-usa.epc-data.com/tundra/
    • Plug your VIN into Search and click SEARCH button
    • Click on "Engine, fuel system and tools"
    • Click on "16-03 - RADIATOR & WATER OUTLET"
    • Click on "Open full size scheme" under the 1st image
    • Click on the number/letter next to the part you want
    • The part number will inside the box be at the top of the page that loads; rinse/repeat the last two steps as needed to collect part numbers.

    Thanks Shifty,

I actually did exactly that and that is where I came up with the 16571A and 16572A part numbers.

Where, how, are you getting to the 90466-41005 numbers? When I use those, I can actually get to the clamps, using the 16571A numbers I only get to the hose?

Vin is 5TBBT44135S463029 by the way.
Thanks, you ARE the MASTER

Simple. At that 5th step or whatever above, "click on larger image", it will take you here (this is using your VIN, after I click on the 'show full size scheme'): https://toyota-usa.epc-data.com/tundra/uck40/3800/engine/1603/?frame_no=5TBBT44135S463029&full

Click that link I just posted. It should look like this 1st image below. Notice two things:
    1. See first image below, hover your mouse over the "16572A" I circled, and notice after 1 second or so, you get a popup description name of that part.
    2. Now CLICK on "16572A" and it'll take you back to the previous page, and your part number (see second image below) will be there waiting for you.
