I had windshield protection installed on my 2023 platinum Tundra and now the rain sensing does not work. Just a heads up. the product I had installed has a slight tint to it.

After I tinted mine, I’ve noticed that it takes a considerable more amount of falling rain for the wipers to begin on its own

The sensor is like impossible to cover up with tint from the inside , what did you guys have done?

mine works perfect with 80% ceramic full windshield

mine is thick protective film on the outside. it's suppose to protect from road chips. I had to replace my windshield 4 times on my last 2008 Tundra.
