I have a more in depth thread, but ran out of gas in my driveway. 2006 tundra v6 4l, truck stated then shut right off. Then no crank, no noise, no clicking. Is there some weird safety interlock or something I'm missing?

Maybe you ran out of juice not gas. How can you tell it's fuel related not electrical?

Fuel system requires crank position sensor to be functional in order to have the pump running, for example. But all of that info is in the FSM I directed you to, in your other thread here, in same 1st gen subforum. Not sure why this extra thread is needed.

Given your other thread with more info and issues, I prefer not to reply here. You’re shooting yourself in the foot by making multiple threads. Keep all your problems in one thread, having them all together may help someone have that “AHA!” moment you need. Other thread is here: https://www.tundras.com/threads/2006-tundra-v6-4l-no-crank-no-noise-no-start.138416/

In other words, perhaps close this thread...

After I've made an ass of myself. In my feeble defense a link to the other thread would have been helpful.

You posted both threads in the exact same forum, though. I think that's what's confusing for folks.
