So I think I have an idea on the numbers I need for the front. The rear is my concern…

Recently had icon suspension installed (front and rear) and it was driving pretty bad. Took it back to have it realigned and these are the numbers I got. At first the front numbers annoyed me but then I looked further and the rear numbers bugged me.

I asked around and read some posts… still as confused. I’m sure I can get the front corrected but what about the rear?

They replaced the leave packs and I’m curious how far off I am from stock, -.37 and .37 don’t seem right. Even though my toe is “0” is the -.37 and .37 something to stress over? And -.37 thrust angle?

If the leaves need adjusting I’m assuming U bolts need to be replaced?

Going to get a second opinion on an alignment the day after tomorrow.

Any info on rear alignment specs or an understanding of how decent/bad mine is would be helpful.

no rear alignment on Tundra. The spring are located by the pins and ubolts on axle and shackles to the truck. There is nothing to adjust in the rear as long as the locating pins are in there, straight and not broken or damaged.

While mostly correct, there is some adjustment from pin gap with ICON RXT leafs. I could misalign my axle by about 1/4" total and had to take time to square it up.

can you explain this? I was fearful of misaligned leaves when they put them back together to set up option 2 on the settings.

also re installed the rack on the bed hoping that weight on the leaves might straighten things out; that’s my pea brain overthinking.

one thing I did notice when crawling under was noticing the rear ORM shackles are not the same from left to right in regards to washers (some inside and some outside the shackle) so also wondering if non matching washer placement on the rear leaves/shackles could ever so tweak the geometry to cause that 0.37* cant…… again pea brain but combining with OCD tendencies.

The pin in the leaves is tight. But where the pin extends into the axle seat, there is a little slop. I measured from front leaf pivot bolt to the axle a few times and was able to move the axle around a bit. It's worth measuring to make sure your axle is square to the frame.

can you loosen the u bolts and attempt to adjust and then re torque ubolts?

or is it true the ubolts are one and done?

Just loosen and retorque, especially if they're new. Then retorque at a few hundred miles. Everyone is worried but they will be fine.

Use a marker mark the spring where the axle is, then loosen the u bolts for driver side and move the axle forward ⅜”.

OP did this correct the problem?

I have the same issue after installing the RXT leaf pack. Going to the shop tomorrow to ask them to readjust. May have to do it myself if they don’t want to spend the time to square it up.
