For those that have done this. What is the best procedure on removing the rear window without breaking it? Watched a couple of vids but they were for late model access cabs.

Significant water intrusion at interior light. Already know drip rails are compromised. Will be pulling those and do a thorough cleaning and reapplication. Hope I don't break them . So, maybe pulling back the gasket and cleaning out 20 years of muck and grime from the nooks, crannies and drain holes will allow water to go where it is supposed to. But, just in case...:sawzall:

If memory serves, this info is in the service manuals which are linked in the 'so you wanna buy / just bought a Tundra?" thread. I believe for AC/RC you need to remove the interior plastics around the window, remove two bolts, then you can pull the assembly.

If you don't mind, please, take pics as you walk through it. Others have done this work, but I think it got posted in the 'Lunch Table' or 'What did you do today' thread, which makes it really damn difficult to search.

If you don't find instructions in the field service manual, drop a note back here.
