Though I’d share this as it made my job a lot easier.

For folks that want to move their switch further than the OEM harness will allow, here’s a plug n play option I found.

This was easier than trying to get a soldering pencil under the dash also.

Kit comes with a plastic pry tool and zip ties to make the job easier. My only complaint is the cable is a bit long at 3ft. 1ft would have been plenty.

They also offer a military discount.

The usb charger fit the hole perfectly. It was made for Toyota.

    Looks good.

I tried moving one of my buttons ( I don't even remember which one now) but it had notches on it that wouldn't fit into the slot I wanted to move it to.

I just used a pocket knife and trimmed the slot to fit the switch.

Is it pretty stable in there after that, or does it wiggle a little?

I just trimmed a little at a time then test fit. Mine ended up tighter than normal. Feels absolutely like factory.

We appreciate the feedback guys! We updated the product to let you choose 8", 18" or 36" harness options. Thanks for your support if you have any questions let us know!

Happy to help! Thanks for your support!

I don’t have a detailed schematic of the window circuit or the control module, so maybe you can help. Ive always wanted to have a second switch mounted in the rear seat area that’s powered 24/7.

When camping I usually sleep in the back seat and often adjust the window for changing weather/temperature conditions. It would be nice to not have to climb forward and power up the whole truck to open/close the window.

It would prevent some wear and tear on the fuel pump and would prevent the drls from coming on and waking up other campers.

Thanks again for a great product. I look forward to seeing what you come up with next!

Oh this is really cool. Work for 3rd gen? Thank you for making me spend more money, but that window switch is a crappy location. My only issue is all of my blanks are full so I'd need to swap it with something else, and maybe find a harness for whatever I swap it with. Hmmmm

Edit. I see it does work for 3rd gen. Ine downside is the price doubles from an 8" to a 36 inch harness. Kinda BS since theres no way the extra length of wire costs that much, the labor and connectors are the same. $40 is gonna be a hold back for me.

Actually we were going to keep the price the same across the board, but decided to offer a lower price on 8" as it is considerably less labor for us. These harnesses start as 8" and get extended to whatever length is needed. They sell well for us as an add-on but unless we are going to be selling thousands of them we can't justify stocking all the different sizes. Not to mention we often run combo deals and give them away free with a remote start purchase.

We could make this happen fairly easy it would come down to if there is a market for it (as far as making it plug & play) but if not we could make you a diagram to follow as well. Let me see if we have a Tundra coming in any time soon to play with and test it.

    Thanks guys!

    So what's the price on a 36"?
