I've got an 06 Limited with heated leather seats.

The uppers and passenger seat are in great condition, but the driver's lower is trashed. Most of the outside seat bolster has completed deteriorated.

What's the easiest and/or cheapest way of rebuilding the lower seat cushion with a new cover? Just purchase used on ebay? Does someone make new foam and covers?

Find someone local, an upholstery shop if you don’t care about the color match. I had seat bottoms done in my Tacoma for under 100$

They do not have the foam cushion for the 2006 tundra double cab.

do you know of any others? I’ve been researching for a while now.

The only local upholstery shops were only willing to do it if they recovered my seats. They were both very small mom and pop style and sounded like they were pretty much going to wing it and they seem to indicate that would be the most difficult part of the Upholstery

there is a place nearby that produces upholstery foam. I’ve got tools to cut it if I knew the dimensions. mine is in such bad shape I’m not sure if I could use the current one as a template. Maybe I could since it’s only on the left side on the driver seat, both upper and lower. I suppose I could guesstimate using the side that is still intact

I had a local lady that came highly recommended for upholstery stop by to look at my old vinyl bench seat in another truck. She quoted me $800 if I brought her the bench. I thought it was high and never did it. $100 sounds like a killer deal for seat bottoms.
