So before I decided to do this thread I looked thru the forum and found something similar but I didn’t find the Information i needed. So I was wondering if any of y’all has replaced the bench seat with a center console in a SR5 double cab? I’m asking this because I’m also looking to switch out the cloth seats with leather seats and in my personal opinion I think leather seats look better with a center console and not no damn bench seat or whatever. Also if anyone of y’all done this did you do it yourself or went to someone professional? How much would it be and is it even worth it at all with price ratio. If you did it yourself was it easy and how long did it take you? Thanks in advance y’all!

Yeah forgot to mention that one my bad. I preferably would like to have it in the center console cause every time I drive my knee is right up in the dashboard cause of my height lol

I posed this same question a bit back and apparently you and I are the only ones interested, but I will tell you that one guy was gonna try his luck at moving the shifter on my truck.....uh, no

@joonbug Was kind enough to offer a nice alternative if you’re interested, which I wasn’t

Let me know if you find someone ready to attempt moving your shifter. I’d even be ok with leaving my shifter in its current location if I needed to

Yeah that’s the thread that I read but just the other way around. I mean there has to be someone who attempted that before and what not ya know. I guess I’ll have to keep looking and asking around

Wheels, center console swap, tinted windows,
I am aware this is an old thread but have you guys seen it is very possible and fairly easy to swap from the center seat to center console?
Shifter is still an issue as none has figured that out but the console is pretty easy. I did mine myself. And I have the shifter assembly arriving today to try my hand at figuring that part of it out.
