Driver's side seat belt buckle jams in receptacle. I've tried tracking down the parts, but can't figure out if I need the Right or the Left. No luck getting ahold of a service dept. yet.

*edit* because I couldn’t remember my left and right this morning

The driver's side seat is on the left of the car, but the receptacle is on the right side of the seat.

The passenger seat is on the right side of the car, but the receptacle is on the left side of the seat.

From the perspective of the receptacle, I think I need to order the one labeled Right:

Your looking for a left hand part.
Your seating position behind the wheel indicates the side, each seat has a nylon belt and a buckle.
If its to the left of the console, ask for a left.

Being that this is a seat belt/safety issue does Toyota cover it under a longer warranty period?

Mine gets stuck on my 2014. I presume it is the receptacle as I don’t see any issues with the buckle portion.

I keep envisioning having to cut myself out. So I guess I should swap the receptacle before I get there and will cost even more.
