EDIT: C1370 is the DTC. Not 1307

I've been having VSC issues and dealer narrowed down the issue to "maybe the ABS module is bad"

Swapped the ABS module and while brakes work, ABS light is on and I'm pulling the error code C1370 - Abnormal combination of ECUs.

Any workaround? Reset? I googled and it seems like not a lot of people have had it pop up.

Not sure what you mean. I got the part from a pull yard so I assume it has the old programming on it and might need to be cleared? Don't know but didn't know if there was a way to do a reset like the zero point calibraiton.

Typically when you swap control modules between cars you need to adapt the control model to your car

Gotcha. So basically program the module? Is that something I can only do at a dealer?

Update for anybody stupid enough to deal with Toyota in the future. Went to a dealer. Asked to have the code cleared an the module programmed, let them know EXACTLY what the error code was. They told me it could be hours of troubleshooting even though it was a logic code. Left and cleared the error with two paperclips and a ZPC recalibration.

Meanwhile, the VSC random fault is back so now I know it's not the VSC module.

Really miss my 03 Taco. Really want to bid on an 01 Dodge 2500 with a 6 speed. I thought this truck was nukeproof???
