Even with using a microclothe my clear instrument panel cover now looks like a scratched mess in the sunlight.

Anyone see a replacement that doesn't damage so easily?

Nope, not the 14" screen, I mean the dashboard instrument panel.

Bumping to the top in hopes someone has a the OEM part number or a third party cover that doesn't scratch so easily.

Anyone who has the fully digital instrument cluster remove the cover entirely?

That part is 83852-0CS70 and it cost 40 bucks.

The same part regardless of gauge type, you remove the cluster and the glass only portion pops off with clips.

Just remove all the plastic bezel from around the cluster it all pops off and threes 4 bolts holding the cluster in.

Suggest putting a screen protection film on the replacement that will protect it. A company called screenprotect sells pre-cut kits for this.

2nd recommendation for screen protector on the cluster. I actually applied the screenprotech film after scratching the hell out of my cluster with a microfiber and the film hid all the scratches perfectly.

Trying this this week. Ridiculous how easy the factory screen scratches.

Never wipe it dry or with glass cleaner, I'm old enough now to know. This is what I use as I had sport bikes most of my life everything is plastic.
Helmet, face shield, windscreen and pretty much the whole motorcycle.
Way over priced anymore IMO. It does work!
Just like your ext paint the soap you use has to have lubrication to lesson scratching the paint.
