Anyone with a Bakflip Revolver x4s have this issue? The cover is laying flat except for one spot near the cab where there is a bulge. If I roll and un-roll it, I have to go back and push it down, but it still sticks up somewhat.

I’ve taken it off and reinstalled and adjusted with no luck.

I have that cover on my 2020, it sits flat down both sides. It sure it would stick up in one spot, assume channel is clear in that spot, or the edge of the cover where it is sticking up?

Aren't those things like $1,000?? I'd be calling backflip about it to fix it under warranty

Channel is clear from what I can see. I'm going to remove the rail and take a look under the it and see if I can find out what is going on. Did you have to shim yours any?

I had the same issue but not as bad as yours. I unrolled it upside down all the way on a flat surface and could see where the bulges were and had to bend the metal in the top to lay flat. The one I previously had purchased for my Titan fit great but this one on Tundra seems to leak at the end. I think its because its where the ends drain. Oh the cause of the bulge its not the rails.

I went through two revolvers. Both were replaced under warranty. The third time i had them ship me the mx4 folding model. Its been flawless. I will say the company does have good customer service

I removed it and looked at it, reinstalled and did some slight alignment adjustments, it’s now laying much flatter, but I still see a bit of a bulge on the right side. I may unroll it upside down and try what Tundra-XP suggested.

Bakflip has a great warranty. It is just unfortunate I have had to use it on my MX4 3 times now. They have sent new each time. Call them and have them send a new one.

I did not. Just removed the factory tie down channels and installed the covers channels and everything went well. The only time I have an issue is if I have something in the bed that is sticking up over top of bed, it will cause the cover to not go into channel right. All I do is push down the cover as I unroll it where a branch or whatever is sticking up and all is good.

Just an update. BAK has pretty awesome customer service. They sent me a new cover, showed up in 3-days after I emailed them. Just asked for photos of my old cover field destroyed to maintain my warranty. Anyway, got the new one installed and it sits much flatter.
