I've scoured these forums for the last 2 days and cant seem to find the answers I am looking for. My 11 Rock Warrior has the 17" forged wheels. I have a cheaper lift that alters my factory geometry, and it has done a serious number to my front end. And I'm not just talking ball joints and tie rod ends. But it actually destroyed my rack last year (not a cheap fix). So I am trying to fix this, and I assume the easiest and least expensive way to do this is with lift spindles. Problem is: every one I see says it wont work for RW's because they wont fit in the 17" wheels. So my questions essentially are: Is anyone aware of this being true, and if so, do you know of a product that will work? Am I even leading myself down the right path to correct my issue, or do I just need to junk my lift and start fresh? If the latter: What is a decently priced ($1500-2000) full kit for someone who really doesn't do any SERIOUS off-roading? Any help is appreciated and if this thread already exists somewhere, feel free to tag me in it and accept my apology for a duplicate post. Thanks!

Let me save you some possible headache.

Spindles will not work with 4x4.

If you are 4wd, problem solved.
If not, the discussion will need to continue.

Well I am 4x4 (as I believe all RWs are). So I guess the discussion of lift spindles is squashed. So the discussion I guess goes to, what the heck can I do?

For what it's worth seventeen's well fit with a spindle left you just need to have the proper offset and/or wheel spacers to push it out otherwise your tie rod at its will be contacting the inner surface of your wheel

I have a 3/1 skyjacker leveling kit. Its basically just front struts with the spring plate mounted higher, I believe. Blocks in the back. Id like to resolve this cheaply, but half of me wants to just dump a couple k into a better 6" lift. lol

So you currently have a 6"?

I ask because that's $ to come back from for a basic coilover 3" lift kit. Drop brackets require frame cutting and refitting a member isn't cheap. So if you have already cut, you'll probably want to stick with a drop bracket.
