I got a drone, learning to fly in my backyard & found this. Can the one tile be replaced & if so what kind of costs am I looking at?

The house is in Phoenix, built in 2003 if that matters.

If more than one tile needs to go what am I looking at to repair this?

Also, any guesses how this happened?

From my perspective it looks like a marine epoxy job. $10 and a ladder.

This is likely the repair I would do. Just wanted to add be very careful walking up there as those tiles can be very brittle and certainly don’t want to make the problem larger. Step on the low spots of the tiles and where they overlap so not to crack anymore.

I'm not comfortable going on the roof. I am glad to hear it is an "easy" fix, a friend used a roofer last year & eventually will give me their info.

It drizzled yesterday for 20 seconds (it's looks like rain but most likely no rain season) but should there be something under there to keep moisture out in the mean time?

I went into the attic & didn't see any leaking, I'm thinking it must have happened on the 12th, we had a pretty severe storm.

Shouldn’t cost much, easy to repair, probably best to have the whole roof walked and checked. Roof tiles crack sometimes, completely normal. Won’t leak unless the underlayment is damaged, but you don’t want the underlayment left open to exposure. Wouldn’t walk on the roof, really easy to crack/break more tiles.

    Thanks.

I just did a full flyover, that's the only anomaly I see.
