    You'll need new UCA's since you are exceeding 3" of lift. I think my neighbor has the RC shocks for his F150, he installed them in the last 6 months and hasn't been impressed. I do understand they do a lot for you for an affordable price, but depending how you use your truck there are products that cost more that will ride better and last longer. My 2 cents, good luck.
