Bust out the heat gun and start heating the liners and push them in.

What if any lift do you currently have? What's the offset on the rims?

Don't remember the lift brand but it is a 3 and 1 leveling kit. Relatively inexpensive. And the rims are XD M
onster 2 with 305 x 55x20 Nitto Terra Grapplers. No rubbing but I do have an Iron Cross front bumper.

Rims are the same offset as the factory ones. +60 I think.

Dont flame me but, with all the problems I see here when members put larger wheels tires on their trucks Im happy to leave it factory,. Yes some look cool with mods but man presents a lot of head aches!

There isn't problems if you put some thought into it before doing mod. You just have to think ahead before doing things.

Shim your bumper out 1/2", coachbuilder make some real nice ones or if you want to be cheap you can probably go to home Depot and get some washers and do the same and save yourself from mangling the plastic upfront

Some of us greatly enjoy modding things and didn't get enough time as a child with our Tonka trucks

Some of us like or even enjoy the challenges we face modding our trucks and the joy/high we get when we made it work( safely). All comes down to that you like your ride modded or not. I still think a stock Tundra is still the best looking truck around.

I don't want to flat out say your wrong but I find that very unlikely. Partly because I've never seen an aftermarket rim with a +60 offset but mostly because you can see in the pic that the rim sticks out past the fender

I've mounted countless aftermarket rims and tires on tundras and most of the time they rub if you don't install a proper lift kit

You can try pushing the front liner forward about a inch on the inside corners. On the bottom of the bumper, where the liner wraps around the bottom of the bumper, there is a bolt - remove this, push the liner forward and drill a new hole for the bolt.

I have it leveled with Bilstein 5100 on the middle setting.
Sounds like there’s a few options I have, taking all of it into consideration.
    Thanks everyone

Remember though that It isnt always as simple as lift alone. It has to do with wheel backspacing/offset, alignment, tire size and lift are other players.

My 285/55/20s have never rubbed and I don't have a lift kit. A half inch taller and wider isn't work the trouble.

I have 6112s set at about 2" of front lift.... went with 275/70/18 on +25 offset and it rubbed quite a bit at full lock and when backing up. Ended up that I had to remove front mudflap and used a utility knife to remove some of the rear fender liner. The 275/70 tire is same width as factory and only 1" larger but the offset of the wheels made all the difference in rubbing. If I had kept factory wheels I'm betting I'd have been fine without trimming.

I just did this last night. It made a significant difference, and while it was a pain in the ass trying to figure it all out, I learned a lot about my truck just figuring shit out for a couple hours. I don't have a lot of experience with auto mechanics at all but I enjoyed it. Forearm scrapes and busted knuckles too!

Thanks for the suggestions, I'm having a similar issue, just not as bad as OP. Would you say doing your method first vs the heat gun liner solution I've read here and there?

Moving the liner forward was really easy. This was my first choice and then if this did not work I would have tried a heat gun. Cutting would have been my last option.

I’ll take a pic later and show what I did. No heating just a little cutting of the plastic.
