    Hey,
Anyone add puddle/curtesy lights to their running boards? I have the oem power ones, and would like an approach light for them, since Toyota didn’t add any puddle lights. Looking how to wire it clean.
    Thanks

I added LED light bars above my running boards right after I got my truck in 2015. Wired them to my cargo light circuit and they light up whenever I use the key fob to unlock/lock the truck, open a door, or turn on the cargo light switch.

Where did you find the parking and turn signal wires at in the cab? I figured they'd be in the kick panel

Not sure who you are asking but I tapped into the cargo light wire located in the driver-side, rear passenger, underneath the floor entry access panel. It pops off exposing the wire bundle running in the floor channel.

I figured the cargo light would be there already far as the driver side goes I was hoping there would be one on the passenger side too without me running extra wires from one side to the other

OK, I understand now. I did have to route my wiring from the driver side to the passenger side.

You folks do realize you are posting in a gen3 forum. Wiring may be different than previous gens -
