I received 3 of the 18x9 SCS Ray 10 wheels I ordered, today. Frustrating, as I would’ve had all 4 mounted and been done with it. Despite that, thought I’d test fit one of the wheels for those of you that want further insight on look and tire “stick out.” The fit was done on the front driver’s side. The wheels have a +25 offset compared to my factory TRDs that sit at 60mm. I’m running 295/70/18 Ridge Grapplers. I chose the matte gunmetal finish. I also ordered the black spline lugs and can confirm they are a real compliment to the wheel. I’m very happy with how the gunmetal contrasts and compliments the Toyota cement scheme. Just a couple of pics for now. I’ll post before and afters tmrw when hopefully all four are on the truck!

A quick follow up-I trimmed the front mud flaps behind the front tires and front fender liner where the Nitto rubbed during the full lock to lock test. Hopefully I trimmed enough.

@Wildtrout Any cab mount/body mount rubbing? Recently got the same wheels & tires but 285/70 and I have a little bit of rub there. I recently got it aligned and haven't tested it again since. If it still rubs, I may need to get mine chopped and welded

You're rubbing the body mount with only 285s on a +25 offset? I'm pretty much a noob but I thought 285s should fit with little to no trimming?

Exactly what I thought. I removed the front mud flaps and it is just barely rubbing it. I put a little bit of baby powder on it and sure enough it was rubbing. That was pre-alignment though, I have yet to try it again after the alignment.

Haven’t checked that but from first lock to lock glance, no. Will report back as soon as I have a solid answer.

The grease that’s used on the tire mount machine. Wasn’t cleaned off yet.

How’d you keep those front fender flaps on? No rub?

That pic was right after I heard the loud rubbing while turning so I then took off mud flaps and pushed in front bottom wheelwell!

Very happy how this worked out! Love the SCS RAY10s! For me, the Cement and Matte Gunmetal are a great pairing.

Depends on the road surface. Perfect black tarmac? They sing a little. Concrete surface streets and highways mask it more. Not as bad as a true mud terrain.
