    Hi,
So I have been in contact with SCS to set up a group buy for these Ray 10's. There are some requirements we need to meet before we can place an order. 1) We need to have 10 orders for sets of wheels, or 40+ pieces and they all have to be the same model, size and options. So, what I am looking to do is an order for Ray 10's in 18" Bronze wheel WITH POLISHED LIP. This is a specialty order since they don't make them like that all year around. I need 9 other people who might be interested in placing this same order. For polished lip it is $50 more a wheel. So a Dark Bronze 18" Ray 10 with polished lip for be $355 plus shipping. Once the 40 pieces or 10 orders are confirmed, they will need a $100 NON REFUNDABLE holding deposit from each customer to put the wheels into production. Lead time is 60-90 days once in production. Here are some pictures of what we will be ordering. If interested in getting in on this I will put a list on this thread

18" Ray 10's Bronze wheel with polished lip LIST

Photos appear to show two different wheels. One with a spoke style and the other with circular holes. Which is this for?

Sorry for the confusion. The other two pictures are just to show that you can use Toyota OEM center caps for the wheels. The Ray 10's with the Bronze finish and Polished lip is the first picture.

Man I'm tempted. I wanted to them to do similar but black ray 10s with bronze outer ring.

Do you have a picture, or have you seen one with that combination? I prefer the bronze look since I have a red truck, but may be open to black. I just want to be able to put that toyota center cap.

I like the one in the middle. Reminds me of the rock warrior wheels. I feel like the bronze wheel fad is starting to die off.

I am getting the bronze with the dark outer ring. It is funny because I feel like it never gets a ton of traction, but never truly dies either. I have owned several white vehicles across multiple makes and there is always a calling for white on bronze. That said, it has never been as big as black or other wheels.

With this being our experience, I have no idea who is more accurate at what time, LOL. that said, I cannot wait to justify the expense on my new wheels.

This is the other look I was also thinking about as well. Anyone interested in getting in to this group buy? :fingerscrossed:

What lug patterns are they offering? Are Tacoma and 4Runner wheels part of this? You haven't specified, and that will be a big deal maker or breaker for lots of folks.

I'd also suggest removing images of any wheels that are not part of the group buy. Tundra people are visual creatures, and it'll feel like a bait and switch if the pics aren't what you can get a deal on.

Yes, any bolt pattern would work. They just have to be the same wheel size, model and combination. For example, they need to all be that 18" Ray 10 with the Bronze finish and polished lip, but can be different bolt patterns. They just want to send 40+ wheel pieces to be constructed and finished in the same configuration, with an exception of the bolt pattern. As far as removing the old wheel pics, I'm sorry. I have no idea how to do that, but I can try to figure it out. I don't mean to confuse anyone, but I was just throwing out examples of how the toyota center cap looks on these type of wheels.

No worries. Just trying to help you get this thing rolling. I had Ray10s on my 2019 and I loved everything but the damn lip that collected water/mud. They look stellar in any color, though.

For a group buy you just have to be crystal clear on what is and is not an option, so if it is only 18" bronze wheels with silver rims but any bolt pattern is acceptable, you need that to be declared very clearly in the first post. Your later post asking about another wheel and if people would be interested in it is another one that muddies the waters. Keep it just about what is definitely available.

To add to this, if you are really wanting to ramp this up, contact the staff in the "chat with staff" section of the forum and see if they can cross post it to the Tacoma and 4Runner sites. IDK how many of them would want an 18" but it wouldn't hurt.

I'd also suggest adding the wheel color and size to the title.

Thank you for that suggestion. I will look into that. I appreciate it.

Updating this post. I am still looking to see if anyone is interested in getting in this group buy. The parameters have changed a bit. We need 10 exact orders of the same exact wheel and bolt pattern. I am proposing ANY SCS 18" Wheel WITH POLISHED LIP in a 5x150mm bolt pattern. This can be either the SR8 or Ray 10's. ANY COLOR COMBO, BUT WITH A POLISHED LIP. Looks like there was not much interest in the bronze finish. I am open to black or that gunmetal finish. I just want to get that polished lip. I just need 10 exact orders. If there is more interest in Polished lip with whichever color combo I would open to it. Again to be clear, it would be either the SCS SR8 or Ray 10's in 18" 5x150mm bolt pattern with WHICHEVER finish gets us to that 10 desired orders. If I am missing anything let me know.
