How compatible is the sequoia interior with a 2013 tundra? Just dreaming here, not planning on buying a whole new dash and everything after I have had the truck less than a year. Anyone ever done it? Side by side pics looks pretty similar. It would be cool to get the new CarPlay stereo in my 2nd gen. Sequoia gauge cluster would be cool too just dont know how that would work.

I have a 2nd gen Tundra and Sequoia and yes they are similar. I sometimes forget which truck I'm driving bc they look same inside lol. But what year Sequoia are you inquiring about? You are probably better off getting an aftermarket radio with carplay, like Pioneer, Kenwood, Alpine, etc.

Yeah, I know that's probably the best option. It would be nice to have something OEM. Even just changing the dash out would look much better

The Sequoia clusters can be installed into the 07-13 Tundras although I can't say if any of the newer clusters can (14+) as I don't have any direct experience nor read of anyone else's. There can be some caveats though. I changed my '11 (red) SR5 Tundra cluster to an '08 Limited (blue) cluster. You'd likely have to find someone to correct the odometer. The Sequoias have an additional power steering functionality that I don't understand which will result in an illuminated red dash light when installed in a Tundra. There's a fix, but it requires the purchase of Sequoia parts to satisfy the cluster. In my case, I opened up the cluster and unsoldered the specific LED. Some Sequoias have an automatic rear ride height adjustment and indicators in the cluster for that which you'd likely want to avoid. I would suspect that some of the user facing facade panels would be interchangeable if you were to want to change the color.

The front seats are a bolt-in direct swap and I'm currently keeping a side-eye out for some, but then nicer Tundra seats would certainly suffice too. I'm not sure about the center console, although now I'm intrigued, but again, a nicer one from a Tundra could do the trick.
