    I do know most of your chain stores have the option of a/c or no a/c when you ask for the belt.

    I’ve never seen a Tundra without A/C. Is that even a thing?

    His/hers failed, so they deleted the pulley and needed a shorter serp

    I don’t think it is. But it is an option when it comes to belt size.

    I'd need to dig up a diagram, but looks like the OEM p/n for the non-A/C belt is 90916-02792

    Sorry, late for this party but heres my trucks belt at Gates fwiw, (2005 Tundra Access Cab, 4.7). If you open 1st link below & click each belt listed youll see that belts diagram in pics?
    Click 2nd link below to add your own vehicle in their drop down menu.
    Nice how Gates took the time to add each belt diagram & the With/Without an AC unit routes are both shown.
    A+ for Gates, hope it helps members here in the future.

    Weight reduction, mostly rust.
    @shifty`
    Interesting, we were just having this discussion. What Eguti1971 did is probably how I will solve that issue if the AC bearings give up the ghost.
    Because AC, and NON AC both have a pulley out there I am guessing he routed it something like this.
    Only thing in question is the amount of contact on the fan pulley, but apparently it works fine. :thumbsup: THX @Eguti1971

    I tried to find the gd belt routing sticker for the non-AC version of our trucks. I think that's the correct belt number I found above, but it was actually the STICKER that stumped me. Like, there's literally not one case of it I could find online! Which is baffling.

    Doesn't apply here but fwiw:
    My Ex wife had a 1995 GM (350 V8) & when her AC unit failed I ordered a $35 AC delete kit for it.
    Thats just a mount with a pulley on it. I removed her AC unit, bolted that mount/kit were the AC unit originally sit & done. It was a 10 min fix, the same oem belt is even used.
    Pretty sure Dorman made her kit but don't quote me there. This was around 2015 & hell I slept since?
    Unless there's a big market for it aftermarket corps rarely invest in such parts/kits. I know it had a cheap arse plastic pulley on it but hey' that was a handy lil' kit that kept it roll'n till she sold it like 5 yrs later. I figured it may last 2yrs max? Just say'n...
