I keep seeing ads for these in various forums and pages. They look like a good idea but IDK if the engineering on them is sound or snake oil. These hitches are about the same price as a dual air bag system for my truck.

Looks sketchy to me. What is their function?

I want one of these for my GN coupler. I have a friend with one and it’s amazing.

I used to have one of those rubber isolated hitches, like where the pin attaches. Smoother with atv trailer

Interesting...Never even heard of such a thing but I could see it be nice to have when towing heavy.

Seems like it would smooth the shock associated with sudden changes in attitude of the trailer. Probably help a bit with porpoise’ing. Would not replace the function of airbag suspension on the truck. Looks like the gooseneck application would be the most beneficial as a hitch towed vehicle over 5000# would be on a WDH for a half ton. Not sure the application for the Tundra.

Very good point when considering a LDH.

I have the Version for the weight distribution hitch. bag in different spot. Seemed to work well and smooth on the roads with choppy lanes. Is it worth the $800 I will need a few more trips to fine tune it and see. Honestly when my WD hitch is set right and the trailer not loaded wrong in a hurry I cant tell much difference except maybe in the wind its better.
