Has anyone run across in channel side window deflectors yet, or have any inside info from weathertech or anyone else about future release? With summer coming, I like to crack my windows, but not without a deflector.

I searched all over the interweb for a set. I thought about trying them to reduce the crazy wind noise. No luck finding anything but stick ons.

I think I'm going to email weathertech later today to see if they have a tentative release date. I have used them form my previous two tundras and was really happy with them. The last set was on my truck for 8 years with zero issues or fading.

Im afraid they will only worsen wind noise. Ive had them an a few vehicles and both my Toytotas and they always seem to increase wind noise.

That definitely hasn't been my experience with the in channel ones from weathertech.

EGR makes far better window visors than Weathertech.
They never lost color/shade, where as you should see my mom's Weathertechs...they became bluish/translusive.
    (loved EGRs on my 2017)

Already reached out to them - nothing yet for 2022, and no ETA.
    :(

I'm glad you liked them, but having owned both myself, I liked my weathertech more. EGR was the first one I used. The fit was shit and ruined the top of the tinting on both front windows. Neither set of weathertechs I've owned on two different trucks faded. Which is saying something considering they spent everyday in the Arizona and Texas sun.

Good to hear; the WTs on Rav4 are quite old, but I still don't think they should have lost their "color" as much as they did.
I also walked away from WT floor mats a while back, after they turned stiff as a board almost....then I discovered Husky liners and have been happy ever since.
My 2022 came with Toy's own rubber matts, so we'll see how these hold up.

But hey, if WT is the 1st one to release in-channel visors I'll be happy to give them a chance once again.
Beggars can't be choosers, am I right?

Absolutely, if EGR or AVS come out first, I'll probably buy them.

I have in-channel AVS on my 2018 Tacoma and love them. Much cheaper than than WT (at the time at least). No issues at all with them. Will go with them once I get a Tundra and they come out with them ha

Anyone try the good year in channel deflectors?
They should be arriving Friday, after reading all the negative reviews and cons of the in channels all together I'm wondering if it was the right way to go.
Weathertech still not offering an option for the new tundras.

I have the in channel EGRs on my 22. I've always had in channel deflectors and I've never had an issue.

Part# 575401? Looks like they have mixed reviews on fitment. I'll give the Goodyear's a go and move on from there. Keep ya posted on fitment and quality.

Check Amazon prime day I got my in channel ones there from clime art was the brand they are pretty flexible! UPDATE ! Got them in and really are tight and follow instructions and the are great fitment no window drag or movement just keep rolled up for 24 hrs and push them in as high as possible..Back doors on crew max a piece of cake ! Front passenger side lots of elbow grease, Driver side same and check to see if window rolls up and down freely without touching . Has a few tools to aid in install USE THEM and alcohol channel to make sure very clean before stinking in. Hope this helps! smileytn1

Mine fit perfect, better than the weathertechs I used to use.

Weather tech is great for cabin matts but I feel that EGR is far superior.JMHO.

I have had EGR in Chanel in smoke for about a month. I always had weathertecs but EGR seemed like the only option. With that being said I’m glad I bought them. I think they were right around $100 for the set of four. They fit perfect and I have no wind noise. Also they are not bulky like some are. I highly recommend. The only thing I should say is that when mounting the back you have to open and close windows a few times so they set nice and like window tint, I left my back windows up for a couple of days so the 3m sticks perfect. No issues

I wish Toyota would make their low profile in-channel visors for the Tundra. Had them on my previous car and loved them. Plus, being OEM, they fit perfectly.

Looks good! I just installed mine from EGR. Hoping they will settle in over the next few days with the windows rolled all the way up.

I got the same EGR, but had to add 2 way tape on them because they rattled like fuck.

Update, the included "adhesive" does not adhere. Ended up catching my driver side while driving as it decided to take flight. Went home ripped them all off and secured them with 3m mounting tape(gray) been holding great ever since.
