Small oil leak

Doing routine maint, I notice some oil sludge and a very very small drop of oil on the passenger side of the engine block behind the front passenger rear wheel. Behind the strut. Cleaned it off and took a few pics for perspective. Just looking for your thoughts. Im guessing a seal. Thanks.
