A group 27 battery should be at least 100 amp hours capacity . Therefore, with a .07 amp draw, it should hold out for around 1300 hours if the battery is in good shape and fully charged .Guessing your draw is a lot more than what you stated or there is something wrong with the battery.

This assumes 4 days of sitting. If it was 4 days of driving, then there is a problem somewhere in the charging system or associated wiring. Driving consumes anywhere between 15 and 75 amps based upon many variables. Just a few hours without charging will drain a battery.

Completely stock, stock radio ,nothing extra, when battery is disconnected, battery tests very good, battery is only 2 months old, I know that 0.06 is acceptable, alternator is recent, charges at 14.7 , I am a mechanic for red seal mechanic, for way too long, seems that the draw may increase when I'm not monitoring it,
Could it be something to do with ECU B ?

Could be a light that is getting left on that was not on during test. Something like a bad door switch. Very easy to bump the switch for the bed light and would never notice it is on during the day. Long shot, but the evap tests are all done many hours after shut down with key off, so major problems there could create an issue. there is a motor in there to pull the vacuum. So, you have a significant power consumer there.

ECU (SAE term: PCM) is live at all times, so can do whatever it wants. Have no idea how one would troubleshoot that if it is resposible. Seems like a really low probability thread to chase.
