Probably, when I replaced my driver side mirror Toyota wanted $1050+ for just the mirror. Now that mirror had every option to it but still?

TRD Air Filters, Front door windows tinted to match the rears. Wheel locks, Talons Garage cat shield, Tyger Automotive soft tonneau cover, WeatherTech floor mats with Tuff Skinz Custom Emblem kit, Toyota OEM Emblem Black Out kit. AVS vent covers on all four doors, Red Tundra letters on front bumper & TRD highlighted in Red on front grille. Tailgate Tundra Letters in Black.
Sounds to cheap. I had the entire assembly replaced on mine and it was $1200.00
Maybe see if a body shop can replace just the glass?

Is glass covered on your auto insurance, if so it should be free.

Just replacing the glass? My glass has auto dimming, heaters, and blind spot lights. Pretty fancy glass.

I came across to vague, did you think I was referring to them dropping off a piece glass and say here ya go best of luck,no.That's not what I ment, if you elected glass coverage it will cover it,every State is different but it's worth a phone call vs being quick to opening your wallet no?

And yes I understand what you're describing about the tech spec's on the side mirrors mine are similar to your's,tow pkg is our difference.

The entire mirror assembly is around 1200 with the upper trims. I looked just the other day because I too hit my mirror, but instead of breaking it I broke an FJ's which is back ordered for 3 weeks. Oof.

Be glad it was just your glass OP.

    In case anybody was curious:

    Stock Code 879400C691
    Price: $ 1,127.28

Man have I been lucky with side mirrors on this truck. Specifically the passenger side.
The second or third time I backed in my garage stall without folding the mirrors I just caught the edge on the door frame. Truck was a week old. Put a small crack in the turn signal indicator but didn't break it.
About a month ago I was making my way down a really narrow residential side street with opposing traffic on my left and cars parked on the right.
Caught the mirror on a crusty 90's Chevy 1500 hard enough to fold it forward. Scared the crap out of my wife in the passenger seat. :eek2::D
We were both sure I had cracked the housing. I was amazed to find just a scuff that I have since buffed out about 95%.

So if it gets hit again....most likely 3 strikes and I'm out.

Sorry old thread... Any special tricks with getting the glass back in? My drivers mirror got clipped and the mirror popped out.
I sort of got it back in but its not as of a good fit as the passenger side.
