Software setting changes, what should I adjust?

Hi all, going into my first service with my 3rd Gen Pro 2024. I was going to have them adjust some software settings. So far I have:

1. Remove fake engine/exhaust noise from speakers
2. Remove seatbelt chime

Is there anything else any of you recommend I have them adjust? (ie, is there a way for them to adjust the button for the Pro light bar to work anytime and not just during high beam?) I'm open to all options of what I can get the dealer to do for free (and yes, they will do it all for free for me cause I have some good will saved with them).

roll down windows with unlock press and hold?

extend the temp turn signal to 5 or 7 flashes (IDR the available settings)

 

Disable opening tailgate with key fob (mine got pressed accidentally one to many times)

Fold mirrors with ignition

Lower volume of sonar warning beeps

 

Wow all good stuff. Forgot about the windows. The rear doesn't roll up all the way upon hold. Good call.

Lol good call on tailgate. I have a trailer and that door will bang onto my trailer.

 

Didn’t even realize all these are options to ask about

 

I adjusted

- shut off fake engine
- ensure ANC is ON
- blinkers from 3 to 5
- all 5 seatbelt chimes to off
- AC ambient temperature to -2
- long hold on fob rolls down windows and opens sunroof
- mirrors fold in when locked
- unlock all doors with one press on the Fob

There was a couple more but I can’t recall…..maybe it was all the booze we drank golfing today affecting the memory.

 

blinkers from 3 to 5? is that a faster blinker?

 

No faster, just 5 blinks instead of 3 for the soft touch/lane change blinker.

Remove the beeping when the trucks running and your shut the door lol super annoying

 

Is there a way we can do the setting by ourselve? I did not have my truck but what you all mention, I would like to get it

I didn't know you can disable that. That's funny. My neighbor has a Corolla and his trunk is open more times than it's closed.

 

I looked again at the manual, carista can't disable it currently. The dealer can though

 

2 years I have never had my tailgate open by accident

 

Mine opened in a parking lot within the first month of ownership.

 

What module is that in to turn it off?

 

Here is the table I presented at delivery.

 

Ambient temperature to -2 Celcius. This is a MUST

 

Temp dial -2, not ambient at first

that is set via the rocker switch and main head unit settings, dont need techstream for that

 

anyone know if you can change the TRD PRO light bar to go on anytime vs only when high beams are on?

question, does anyone know the exact software title/setting to change? My buddy (who is a toyota tech foreman) couldn't find the settings for engine speaker noise (to remove it) & the interior/ambient temperature (to lower it). He mostly does complex diagnosis and something like this he hasn't done in awhile. Just trying to save him some time researching his sources since he's already doing me a lot of favours with my truck and didn't want to bog him down researching something so minor.
