SOLD!!! - NEW TRD Pro Shocks! Northeast Florida - Possible Trade

My buddy just purchased a brand new TRD PRO Tundra and drove it 5 miles from the dealer to 4 Wheel Parts, and had an ICON Lift Installed. I've got his brand new (8 miles with test drive) TRD Pro Front and Rear shocks, along with the ball joint mounts. These things are in absolute perfect shape, and are nicer than you're going to find unless you order them new from Toyota.

Disregarding the MSRP, which we all know is BS anyway, Sparks has them discounted for $3579.04 before shipping, and as they're pretty heavy, shipping to my address in Northeast Florida (Yulee) would be nearly $500. See the image below for their cost, if shipping was included.

I'm offering these here for him at a cost of $3000, which would include delivery within 150 miles of zip code 32097. Other arrangements could be discussed, if you're wanting something different.

Obviously, shipping would be fairly expensive, but I'm willing to get a quote if you're a serious buyer.

I'd be willing to trade straight up for a new 3" TRD Lift from Toyota. If we do a straight up trade, I do have his brand new TRD axles I'd include for another $300 plus the trade.

As always, I'm up for negotiations, but please don't send any lowball offers.

I did get a quote earlier for shipping to California via UPS Ground, based on splitting it into 3 different packages (one each for the fronts, and 1 for rears and ball joint mounts), fully insured for Replacement Value (not just selling price) and it came to right at $350.

I will NOT ship them uninsured, so please don't ask.

 

I know a truck that those would look REALLY good on.

Not too hi-jack, but why the ball joints? Did the new suspension come with a different ball joint?

$500 to ship! Check around. I just shipped my Icons back for a rebuild from Texas to their place in california for about $150.

 

That's what Sparks was charging. I got a quote for fully insured to California for $350. I checked with a few shipping services, and that's the lowest I found. Not too worried about it honestly, as I've agreed to sell them locally and will update the post accordingly this afternoon once the deal is done.

 

Well that's a great deal. There are also a couple of people here that have sold used (>20k miles) sets for $2500 for just the shocks, but it is what it is. I'm sure another deal such as that one will come along for somebody, but it's not every day you find a new set, and it's still a huge savings over buying new.

 

I’m going to ask the stupid question…why would your buddy take off brand new TRD Pro shocks and install Icon brand?

Yes indeed. He purchased a stage 14 (I think) 3.5" lift. He's not a member on here, but I asked him to join. I'm irritated that I forgot to take photos of his while I was visiting him, but it is truly bad ass looking. He's running 35's, but considering 37's. I feel it's perfect the way it is, but he's wanting more.
