1st thing is that I can’t get the shifter out of park. I replaced the brake switch but that didn’t solve the issue. I did them manual override and was able to drive it.

About 10 minutes after driving I am getting a Solid ABS light, Solid Traction control Light(swerving tire marks), and a Blinking VSC OFF Light. When I shut off the vehicle it goes away. 10 min later same thing.

Is there a secondary sensor that might cause the shifter lock issue and this combo?

    Second for reading the codes.

I would also be looking at the fuse/power for the shift lock circuit. Understanding what controls it and how it functions is key since it’s the one thing you know for sure is not operating properly.

Blinking lights is your truck telling you to pull codes (as opposed to just the CEL, which people ignore). Codes will tell you which sensor is mad. The last time I saw it on my truck a tire tech had jacked up one of the wheel speed sensors. I am not sure if the auto store OBD readers will tell you (but they're free to borrow, so it's not like you have an excuse), or if you need to hook up Toyota's TechStream to it.
