Hey all. I can't seem to find much on this question. But do the Climate control knobs or the climate control panel light up at all? Its really dark in that area at night and seeing the knobs is sometimes impossible.

If no lights, does anyone know of a mod or upgrade?

Mine light up but it's the basic analog three-knob-job. Just the 4WD knob is dark and hard to find sometimes.

Does turning the odometer/tripmeter knob have any effect

The three gray knobs that control ac/heat, fan speed and airflow? Yeah, mine don't light up. I tried twisting the odometer rod like you said but it didn't make a difference. Wonder if I have a fuse out...?

I have dual climate controls in my 14 Limited. Definitely a step above the climate controls that my 07 SR5 had. Especially at night.

Anyone know which fuse controls these lights? I checked #24 for the instrument panel lights but it was fine.

Can someone post a pic of these dials illuminated at night? Here's a pic of mine.

As you can see, the three gray dials are not lit up.

    Alot of them
Backlight behind the knob and very small amount of light in the knob position indicator.

I replaced fuse 24 under the steering wheel dash. Still not lighting up. Anyone know if another fuse can affect this? I don't want to have to pull and check them all but I guess I can.

Doubtful there is a dedicated fuse just for AC panel illumination. Does all other illumination on the dash panel (lighting switches, TBC, Traction switch, Radio buttons, etc.) seem to be working well?

Yes, all of the other lights work fine. That makes me think its a bad wiring connection behind the panel. Looks like I'll have to pull it to see what's going on. Thanks for the reply!

UPDATE: I was able to solve this problem. Fuse 24 under the dash kept blowing. The problem was with the aftermarket HU I installed. The wire cap on the yellow/black striped wire had come off and apparently was touching the metal frame, grounding it out and causing a short. I re-applied the cap and used electrical take to hold it in place. Then replaced fuse 24 and the climate control lights work now!
