I might be missing something obvious but...
With the large screen size is there any way to have multiple things displayed like half navigation and half radio or any kind of split?

All the information here is great - thanks everyone.

I use android auto, and it sort-of does this. It splits the navigation into like 3/4 of the screen, and my media into the other 1/4, but it doesn't really make it work any better. It just lets you see what song is playing while you have navigation up.
But no, what you are asking is unfortunately not a thing. Bad design by Toyota. The big screen doesn't gain you anything over the small screen except for more screen. There isn't really any added functionality or multitasking features at all :(
At least they gave us physical buttons for climate control. Nothing worse than digging through a menu to turn up your AC.

Wireless Android auto. I will note, my wife uses Apple Carplay, and it does not work the same. Apparently just Android auto has that functionality. Or at least that is my experience with it.

I’m sorta hoping for an OTA update fixing this. Might be too optimistic though.

I would just like to make real use of the big screen. Have a portion for more than one thing to be in use.
I don't use android auto, because it takes over too much.

No way to do it without CarPlay or AA. It's really too bad with the size of the screen. That's the one thing the new F150 had that I really liked when I was looking. So for now I keep it in CarPlay. and never use the Toyota "entertainment system".

Ya unfortunately 14 inch screen that can’t be split it is, mostly like my 2022 but the big screen is a joke.

That’s when you’re using CarPlay. Unless you have a magic screen, it can’t multitask in the native Toyota mode.
