Spongy brake pedal after car wash???

Hello all fellow American tundra owners, today I decided to get a car wash which I did, and I was kinda being dumb in the car was and revving my engine and little bit, anyways after the car wash my brakes feel a bit soft. They activate at their regular time but it feels like I have to press the pedal down way harder and it feels like no more braking power is being applied. Not sure if I could have messed something up? But I doubt it. My fluid level is good. I guess I can just check the front brake pads

 

2 Xanax will fix it for sure.

Seriously, water may have entered your drums/calipers. Maybe you cooked your fluid with all the revs?

 

How could reving any amount of times cook my brake fluid?

 

Maybe 2 Xanax is the issue

 

Probably just have tire dressing on your rotors or something. I don't see how revving your motor would do anything to your brakes.

 

I'm just picturing you revving your engine in a car wash.....

 

Actually, that makes sense. This was the first time I ever did the tire waxing

 

Did you drink the car wash water?

 

My vehicles always seem to drive smoother, quieter, and have more horsepowers after a good wash.

Kinda how I feel like I can fly after a good...

Wet and waxy rotors, yeah, that makes sense.

 

I used to enjoy getting sideways out of the carwash. It was part of the fun.
