Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore

I was thinking of ordering a pistol from Sportsmans Outdoor Superstore. Has anyone ever ordered from them? Are they a trustworthy site? Thanks for any help

 

Thanks memario. I forgot to mention that I did check them online but I could not get a good reading on their store. There were very happy customers and a good amount of unhappy customers, but quite a few did say they bought multiple guns and this was during the COVID crisis.

 

I've never known them to have anything I wanted 'in stock'.

Ive bought some things from their physical store in Murfreesboro, TN. No complaints other than when the cashier gave me grief for buying a Sitka rain jacket.

I've used BudsGunShop.com before. All was good. It's been a while though.

 

Thanks everybody for the replies. I think I am moving on from them and I am going to try to buy local which I was going to try to do anyway before I ordered from them.

That'll be a nice hunting rifle. Always loved the 30.30. Easy to reload too.

 

I've never ordered anything from Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore, however I have ordered from Sportsman's Warehouse and was very pleased with the purchase experience.

 

I bought a sweet side-by-side shotgun from them a couple of years ago, and an AR from them since then. Both were the best prices I could find on what I was looking for, shipping was fast and absolutely no issues. I stay on their mailing list in case I get another pew pew itch.

 

Buds Guns is the #1 choice. Palmetto State Armory is a good 2nd.

Thanks for the info. I was looking at a Springfield with the Gear Up deal. I looked around and nobody else has this Gear Up deal and Springfield does not show it either. So it is either left over guns from a Gear Up deal or they really don't have the product.

 

I use gunbroker.com if its a common item. Hard-to-find items get expensive though. Budsgunshop.com is a good option as well. For magazines and sometimes good deals on ammo, I use gunmagwarehouse.com.

 

I second Budsgunshop - have bought several things from them in the past.

 

Ive used them a few times. They’ve always done me well.
