Hi Team, currently experiencing a squeaky noise, initially though it was the driver side body mount which was changed. Still getting this annoying sound, see video. Normally when the body mount is sprayed with lithium white grease it stops temporally. Please let me know if anyone experience this and what was the fix. Thanks for you help!!

Mine is making a similar noise after having a Westcott collar lift installed. I took it back and they said it seemed to be a upper control arm dry bushing. I haven't had a chance to take it back to Toyota yet.

Same here after having the Westcott preload collar lift installed. The installer said it's the strut, the dealer said it's the tire rubbing, which is complete BS considering I can stick my hand between the UCA and tire, and another mechanic said it is the bushings. I sprayed the bushings with lithium grease, and it still makes that sound. I've spoken with Westcott and they are perplexed as well. I think it might have something to do with the geometry of the collar kit, the UCAs and the 35" tires. However, the alignment is perfect. I'll keep investigating when I have the time and update if I come across a solution.

Problem solved! It was a front right leaking strut!

Good to know. Thanks for the update. Mine is going back to the dealership for service this week. I'll have to make sure they check out the strut this time. Even though I specifically asked the service rep to check the struts last time, I honestly don't believe they did. When it comes to service, it's almost better to have a car out of warranty so I can go see a mechanic I know and trust instead of the circus at the dealership.

Another visit to the dealer service department and still no remedy for the noise. This time, in fact, they claim they could not reproduce the sound. I stood there as the service tech shined his flashlight behind the wheel and said, "I don't see anything wrong with the strut." So now I think I just have to bite the bullet and replace the front struts. Any suggestions for a good set of replacement struts?
