    Do you have the folders named correctly on the mSD card?

    Quote from elsewhere:
    "Make sure the folder names are correct, they are case sensitive (StartupImage, DisplayOffImage). Picture names don't matter, just the folder names."

    Yes, had the folders correctly named. I didn't change the picture size though. Perhaps the reason?

    Following. I had the same issue Friday when I did this with a 4gb (empty) USB Stick. I double checked it all, and nothing seemed to work. This is a non JBL/no Nav, SR5 head unit.
