Did this mod last year. Was crawling around underneath checking suspension and saw this. I got the kit from TC but is most likely an Energy Suspension part. Did I put the washer on the wrong side? Should there be one on each side? Right side of pic is front of truck. Thx guys

Yes, you put that washer on the wrong side! I’m guessing it’s a fairly common mistake. When i did mine a few months ago, I had to read the install instructions a few times over in order to catch which side it went on.

So the head of the bolt is up against the bushing? No washer?

it does...dammit. Looks like I need one one the nut side as well. Can't get the center bolt loose. It's going to my mechanic soon. I'll have him do it.

I think we all feel that way sometimes. I got there when dicking with the front UBJ. Hate letting stuff get the better of me though, so turned around a couple weeks later and kicked the shit out of it.

Sleep on it for a couple days then come back refreshed. Then you’ll have a better chance to knock out this project real quick like. If you’re looking for a mechanic, this one is my favorite...

It’s all about technique...which usually only comes from years of trial and error. Well, unless a bunch of rust is involved, then it’s a bit of a different story. Which can mean more manipulation and less technique.
