It seems everyone is doing what I originally was going to do also, lift and bigger tires, make it more off road, look way better, kill the mpg... Everything else I have is already lifted and bigger tires, more off road truck; what about the other way?

The way these new sequoias sit from the factory could easily go the other way and go more sport truck look I feel like. At one point in time I did lower my tundra and go sport truck style (not me really) but figured I'd try something different, and it turned out great. Drove even better, so much fun to drive, handled amazing, looked great, might have even gotten better mpg if I drove nice, debating going back to it again (currently leveled).

Haven't seen anyone go that direction yet, wondered if anybody has tried it. Not sure I want to lower this one, but wider Street performance tires or something... I'm not sure really, but this thing is already so low and almost looks street trucky in the Platinum trim, just brainstorming out loud... Thoughts?

I've got a set of 305/45/22 tires off another truck in storage, maybe I can find a set of capstone wheels to try them on and see how that works out. Ideally I think a 305/50 or 55 series would look even better but I'll wait and see if I can find some cheap take off 22s first and then maybe upgrade later when I find out what will actually fit.

The 305 wide tires just make the truck handle so much better, like on rails in the corners!

Anybody upgrade their capstone to nicer wheels yet, wanna sell stockers?

I think you’re headed in the right direction.

Wow that's a full send. And here I was just thinking about a full wheel well and flush to the factory fenders without sticking out.
That guy fully committed; NASCAR truck style
