Does anyone happen to know if Tacoma 6 lug 17" wheels would fit a 2006 Tundra?

Yes. They will fit, just make sure you have the right lug nuts to match.

OK thanks guys. I know that there are a lot of info on fitment on this site but there are varied opinions on what works. Does anyone have an opinion or experience on how these wheels (2005 Tacoma 17's) with 285/70R17 Hankook Dynapro ATM tires would work on a 2006 Tundra access cab with Bilstein 5100's set on the third notch (highest recommended setting which is +1.05"). Would they rub on anything and if so is it problematic or not a big deal. Thanks to anyone that could advise me on this.

If I remember correctly you will need wheel spacers to fit. I think the 285 width tire will hit the frame on full turn

The parts of the frame it rubs on will not hurt the tire.
I believe the biggest thing he will run in to is rubbing the UCA and pinched weld. Wheel spacers would be an easy solution.
