tailgate replacement

hey all , just had a trailer mishap and smashed my tailgate on my 2019 tundra :/ has anyone had to replace there tailgate ? thanks Phil

 

The tailgate is very easily removed, just make sure you disconnect the camera and power tailgate lock if it has one added.

mostly junkyards in my area I am in San Diego,
I will prob have to go to las Angeles.

 

Weird that they would be so hard to find. Are you looking for a specific color or other variation that is making it harder? Or is your price range unrealistic?

Has to be a lot of trucks in junkyards for reasons having nothing to do with tailgates.

Anyway, what kind of "trailer mishap" resulted in damage to a tailgate that can't be repaired?
