Has anyone ever thawed a frozen turkey in an electric cooler? I was thinking of setting mine at 37 degrees for a 19 pound and guessing it would take 4 days based on a refrigerator recommendation of 24 hrs for every 5 pounds.

I don’t see why it wouldn’t work like a regular fridge plugged into electricity
